A Texas mom of five posted a chillingly cryptic message about God’s protection just days before she was allegedly butchered by a pair of smiling sisters and their pal.

“May God protect me from what my eyes don’t see and what my ears don’t hear,” reads the video prayer posted on Caroline “Caro” Peña’s Facebook on June 11 – her final post.

Last Thursday, Peña, 32, fought for her life after 19-year-old Amaya Cookie Diaz repeatedly stabbed her in the back during a heated confrontation, according to Del Rio police and a photo snapped during the alleged broad daylight attack.

Cookie and her sister, Kitty Mia Diaz, 21, and their 21-year-old friend Kyandra Renee Faz, now face first-degree murder charges after cops say the latter two beat Peña up after she’d been stabbed.

Faz told investigators that Peña had “arrived at her residence looking to start a fight” – but was soon met by the sisters, who drove up to the home in a black Chrysler 300, a criminal complaint filed in the case states.

Surveillance footage later obtained by cops shows Cookie fly out of the vehicle’s passenger seat and confront Peña — while holding an object believed by cops to be a knife in her right hand, according to the court document.

Cookie is then seen in the clip striking the mother in the back, where blood begins soaking her shirt, the doc states.

That’s when Kitty and Faz jump in — allegedly beating Peña, the complaint continues.

A disturbing photo – apparently snapped by a witness of the grisly scene and exclusively revealed by The Post – shows Peña’s desperate last stand against her accused attackers.

In the image, three women can be seen standing in the grass beside the visibly wounded Peña, whose pink T-shirt is soaked in blood – including two whose clothing matches descriptions police later gave of the assailants.

Cookie was clad in a red tank top and blue jeans, while her older sister – identifiable by tattoos covering her right arm – was seen wearing a pink tank top paired with blue jeans, according to the criminal complaint.

In the image, a man appears to have his arms wrapped around Cookie’s shoulders while Peña is seen facing and speaking to another man – possibly her nephew, who reportedly drove her from the grisly scene to a local hospital.

Peña later succumbed to the stab wounds at a hospital in San Antonio.

Still, the image shows that Peña “was a fighter,” her longtime friend, Zelina Ochoa, previously told The Post.

Just two hours after the brutal attack, Cookie and Kitty flashed twisted smiles as police hauled them off in handcuffs.

Peña knew her accused killers, Del Rio Police Chief Frank Ramirez revealed this week, but the nature of their relationship remains unclear.

Police have not yet offered a motive for the alleged attack, which remains under investigation, a department spokesperson told The Post on Tuesday.

Faz and the Diaz sisters are behind bars after each were slapped with $5 million bonds by a judge during their first court appearance Friday, when they all requested court-appointed attorneys.
